Good Place to Work
The gold standard for workplace credibility. Awarded to organizations whose own employees rate them 75% or higher across 15 rigorous categories — verified, dated and public.
Why certification matters
A public, third-party signal that your workplace culture is real — not a slogan.
Signal a healthy workplace to top candidates, investors, press and analysts with a public, verifiable score.
Certified employers see measurably higher application quality and shorter time-to-hire on senior roles.
Reinforce your employer value proposition. Certified companies report ~23% lower voluntary attrition.
Premium plan ships with press assets, logo lockups and a feature mention across our channels.
A dedicated organization page showing your score, category radar, trends and employee comments.
Embed the badge on your careers site, job posts and LinkedIn — every badge links to live verification.
See how your score compares to industry peers across all 15 categories, updated continuously.
Every certificate is signed, dated, QR-verifiable and revocable — no self-reported employer reviews.

Sample of the actual certificate awarded to Good Place to Work organizations.
For achieving a verified employee satisfaction score of 87% across 15 independently audited workplace categories.
Requirements
Every certification meets these non-negotiable criteria.
Overall score of 75% or higher (3.75 / 5.00) across all 15 categories.
At least 5 verified employee responses within a 90-day survey window.
No single category may score below 60%. One toxic category invalidates the certification.
Surveys are collected independently. Employer cannot see raw responses — only aggregated scores.
How you get certified
Team members complete a 3-minute anonymous survey across 15 workplace categories.
Scores are averaged, weighted for category floors, and cross-checked for duplicate responses.
If you clear 75%, a signed, QR-verified certificate is auto-issued and listed publicly.
Claim the certificate to unlock the media kit, careers-page embed and press assets.
Who it's for
Any organization with 5+ employees — from bootstrapped startups to global enterprises. Certification is judged on the employee experience you deliver, not on your headcount, funding or industry.
